I keep this simple because it should be simple. Here is exactly what happens with your information when you visit this site.
What I collect
I collect the email address you choose to submit for the weekly newsletter. If you book a call or contact me directly, Calendly or your email provider may also collect the information you choose to share. This site does not create user accounts or process payments directly.
How I use your information
Your newsletter email is used to send the weekly newsletter and related updates. If you ask about working together, I may use the details you provide to respond to that request. I do not sell or rent personal information.
Google Forms
Newsletter signup is handled through Google Forms. When you continue to that form, Google processes the information you submit under its own privacy policy.
Social media links
This site links to my Instagram and TikTok profiles, both @itskristarecker. Clicking those links takes you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. I do not receive any data from those platforms about your visit here.
Affiliate and referral links
Some tools I mention on this site, like Twin, use affiliate or referral links. If you click a link and sign up, I may receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. I only share tools I actually use in my own business.
Unsubscribing
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.
Cookies and tracking
If you accept in the cookie banner, this site loads privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate page visits, useful actions, page-load timing, interaction performance, and high-level booking clicks. I store those consent-gated measurements in this project so I can review performance trends. They do not include names, email addresses, IP addresses, visitor IDs, form contents, or appointment details. The banner stores your choice in your browser's local storage. If you reject, analytics does not load and you can still use the site normally.
Booking and other third parties
This site links to Calendly for appointments, social platforms for profile visits, and third-party tools through affiliate or referral links. Those services process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. To ask for access, correction, or deletion of information I hold, email me. You can clear this site's browser storage to remove your analytics preference and see the banner again.
