Accessibility Statement

This site is for everyone. Here is what I have done to make it accessible, what I know still needs work, and how to reach me if something is not working for you.

Our commitment

I am committed to making this website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. My goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at the AA level. That means making sure this site is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all visitors.

What we have done

This site includes a Skip to main content link for keyboard users. Icon-only links have descriptive labels for screen readers. The hero photo includes meaningful alternative text. Every page uses semantic header, navigation, main, and footer landmarks. Interactive elements show a visible coral focus ring when navigated by keyboard.

Known limitations

Some third-party tools I link to, such as Google Forms for newsletter signup, are not under my control and may not meet the same accessibility standards. I will look for more accessible alternatives over time.

Assistive technology support

This site is designed to work with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. It has been tested in modern browsers including Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
